100% OF MY KIDS (100mk) is an Ohio-based company dedicated to increasing student performance through well-planned and intentional instruction and holding students to high behavioral expectations. 100% OF MY KIDS accomplishes this task by providing intense training to school administrators and teachers pervasively throughout the school year. The outcome of the 100mk program is a sustainable learning environment that supports a culture of school pride and personal achievement.

100% OF MY KIDS collaborates with building administrators to provide teachers with a common set of actionable, measurable and concrete strategies and projects that increase student performance. These strategies and projects include, but are not limited to, the construction of a year-long assessment system that requires teachers to use data to inform their instruction, a well-written year-long scope and sequence for all subjects across every grade, and the implementation of a thoughtful lesson plan design called the Guided Release.

Additionally, 100mk will work with building administrators, teachers and support staff to address the needs of students with special needs. These projects and strategies will include, but not be limited to, assistance with IEP modification, differentiation of instruction, development of a highly effective resource room, and training for the intervention staff on high expectations and academic rigor for students with special needs. 100mk leaders work relentlessly to provide constant and specific feedback and support to ensure the success of each strategy and project, including possibly working with teachers and administrators on Saturdays or in the evenings after school hours.
