Adrienne was born and raised in Euclid Ohio. She began here teaching career in Southern Florida and Tennessee teaching the elementary grades. During her time in these states she studied the various cultural differences that occur in urban education in the South.
Adrienne relocated to Ohio where she continued her educational career in administration as a Primary Math Specialist at Laurel School in Shaker Heights and a division principal for a local charter school. She had the opportunity to develop curriculum and professional developments to sustain a professional and high academic learning environment.
In 2006 Adrienne continued studying the various cultural differences in urban educational as a middle school math teacher at high performing charter school in Cleveland, Ohio. She attained master teacher status and incorporated BEST practices method of teaching along with the Guided Release lesson planning system. Her class achievement scores were raised by almost 40% in one year alone.
In 2008 Adrienne joined the 100% of MY KIDS consulting team and has spent the last 4 years as an educational consultant. As Lead Consultant she is dedicated to increasing student performance through well-planned and intentional instruction and holding students to high academic and behavioral expectations. She accomplishes this task by providing intense training to school administrators and teachers pervasively throughout the school year. The outcome is a sustainable learning environment that supports a culture of school pride and personal achievement.
Stacey J. Carter, Consultant

Stacey was born and raised in New York City. She began her teaching career in New York City at an alternative school serving at-risk high school students teaching art, english and history. During her tenure, Stacey had the opportunity to develop classroom curriculum, train new faculty, and work as a faculty advisor and coordinator for student organizations and clubs.
Stacey relocated to Ohio in 2005 and served as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Oberlin College, where she read applications for many of the southern states and focused on multicultural recruitment and access. Missing the day to day interaction with students, she returned to the classroom in 2008. She served as an Upper School History Teacher at the Hawken School in Gates Mills, OH.
Stacey joined the staff of a high performing charter school in 2010 as a Dean of Student Life and Management for grades K-4. During her time there, she developed and implemented systems, routines and policies for a positive school culture. Stacey worked closely with her teachers through individual coaching and regular professional development workshops. During her tenure, Stacey had the opportunity to work with 100% of My Kids developing workshops and presentations for Professional Developments in Ohio.
